Zero-Tolerance Policy

FindWork is designed for young people and local businesses. We take safety seriously and enforce this policy across all accounts, listings, and communications.

What we do not allow

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, abuse, or hate speech.
  • Sexual content, sexual advances, grooming, or inappropriate contact with minors.
  • Threats, coercion, blackmail, or requests for secrecy from parents/guardians.
  • Fraud, impersonation, false business information, fake job listings, or deceptive pay claims.
  • Requests for sensitive personal information that is not required for job contact.
  • Any conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, exploitative, discriminatory, or against platform rules.

How we respond

Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible. Depending on severity, we may act immediately and without prior warning.

  • Remove listings or content.
  • Restrict account features while investigating.
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts.
  • Escalate matters to relevant authorities where required by law or safety risk.

If you feel unsafe

  • Stop engaging with the person or listing immediately.
  • Use platform reporting features and include as much detail as possible.
  • Tell a parent/guardian, teacher, or trusted adult.
  • If there is immediate danger, call emergency services in Australia on 000.
